Atlantic Records UK framed it as a data problem. A month embedded across five departments told us otherwise: the same number lived in three tools that disagreed, so people averaged them by hand before they'd act. We're building the trusted foundation that fixes it — but the real work is change: getting a non-technical, fast-moving label to actually adopt it.

We sat with every department and asked what actually slows them down. The answer wasn't missing data — it was data nobody trusted. Marketing runs a standing two-hour weekly meeting just to reconcile budget across four trackers that don't agree. Until that trust gap closes, no dashboard on top of it gets used.
Information exists but sits scattered across tools. Assembling the full picture takes ages, and decisions slow down waiting for it.
The trusted tool is the slowest, clunkiest platform in the building — and the faster one returns three different numbers for the same metric.
Everything is reactive and after-the-fact. The most overwhelmed team in the building, stuck doing work they shouldn’t have to.
With no single source of truth, the team runs all three trackers and cross-verifies by hand — unsustainable at the current pace.
Wants to move fast and experimental, but policy keeps blocking the tools the team needs to do it.
Every data request in the building funnels through one analyst. The whole label’s Monday review waits on manual pulls.
The reframe
The problem isn't data. It's trust.
Naming it changed the whole engagement. Instead of bolting an LLM onto numbers no one believed, we started by building one trusted source the teams could stand on — the foundation the label's “Artist 360” operating picture is built to read from.
01 · The method
We don't parachute in with a spec. A founder is onsite every week, mapping how the label actually works — six discovery interviews across four teams in a single day — and the bottleneck surfaced from the people doing the job, not from a kickoff deck. Everything we build is portable, and the champions we train own it after we leave. At a label with no devs and no spare time, the build is the easy part — adoption is the job. The primary value isn't the tooling. It's the change management that gets a non-technical org to actually use it.

02 · What we're already shipping
We don't wait for the grand rollout. While the foundation gets built, the team gets things they can use now — and reacts to them.
WhatsApp agent
Answers “what was the action point?” from meeting notes + WhatsApp, grounded in the company’s own knowledge. Demoed — drew a “holy shit” from the digital director.
Live “second brain” + exec newsletter
A grounded knowledge base of Atlantic’s own data and learnings, already powering a weekly progress update to the execs. Shipped and running.
Snowflake → dashboard agent
Scaling a partner’s raw-CSV-to-dashboard prototype into an agent the data team controls — the foundation three teams wait on.
03 · Built for the enterprise reality
Some of these contracts go back a hundred years. The stack is decades of mergers, the data egress is locked down, and procurement has teeth. We design for that — building on tooling the group's data-safety review has already cleared, in portable formats that survive the next policy change, scoped small enough to ship.
The prize
A single, trusted operating picture of any artist — investment, growth, ROI, campaign status — that an exec or a 23-year-old marketer can read in one place, or just ask in plain language. We don't build the dashboard. We build the trusted foundation underneath it, and the team that keeps it alive.
Legacy systems, locked-down data, teams that don't trust their own numbers? We embed with you, find the bottleneck you've been mis-naming, and ship AI tools your team owns — built on what procurement already trusts.
