The terms on which organisations and the people they admit use Alavida. Plain language, English law.
Last updated 24 September 2026
These terms govern use of the Alavida website and the Alavida platform (together, the “Service”) by an organisation (the “Customer”) and the people it admits to its workspace (“Users”). Where a Customer has a signed agreement with Alavida, that agreement takes precedence over these terms if they conflict. By using the Service you accept these terms.
The Service is provided by Alavida Ltd (“Alavida”), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16765050, whose registered office is at Flat 15 Cardinal Mansions, Carlisle Place, London SW1P 1EY.
Alavida provides a platform through which a Customer’s AI agents and people reach the tools and accounts the Customer already uses, subject to the access rules the Customer sets. Alavida also builds and operates agents for Customers under separate engagement terms. We may change or improve the Service over time; we will give reasonable notice of changes that remove functionality a Customer relies on.
You must not use the Service to:
The Customer owns its data, including the content of connected accounts, agent conversations and the records of what its agents did. Alavida processes that data only to provide the Service and as described in our privacy policy. The Customer can export its data at any time and it is deleted or returned when the agreement ends.
The Service connects to services operated by others (for example Google, Attio, Granola, Spotify and the vendors’ own MCP servers). Your use of those services is governed by their terms. Alavida is not responsible for their availability, their changes, or the accuracy of the data they return.
Agents act on instructions and can make mistakes. Every action an agent takes through the Service is limited to what the Customer’s access rules allow and is recorded, but the Customer remains responsible for reviewing consequential actions and for the instructions it gives its agents.
Fees, billing periods and usage measures are set out in the Customer’s order or engagement agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are in pounds sterling, exclusive of VAT, and payable within 30 days of invoice.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Support is provided by email to alex@alavida.ai and through the channels agreed with each Customer.
Alavida retains all rights in the Service, its software and its documentation. The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its internal business during the agreement. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, Alavida is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data, and our total liability under these terms in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees the Customer paid us in that period.
We may suspend access where we reasonably believe the Service is being misused or a connected service requires it. Either party may end the agreement as set out in the Customer’s order, or on 30 days’ written notice where no term is stated. On termination access ends and Customer data is returned or deleted as described in the privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where a User lives.
