Operations Capability

The Deal platform that updates itself.

We built a personal AI agent for Sun Global, an FCA-regulated wealth firm in London. Five years of relationship intelligence — scattered across Excel, email, and WhatsApp — now lives in one CRM the agent keeps current. Advisors update it by sending a voice note. They never type into a system.

The output

A CRM no one has to update.

Conventional CRMs die because someone has to feed them. Sun Global's advisors won't — they live on the phone and on WhatsApp. So we built the agent to do the logging, from a single message, in seconds. A complete record: company, contact, interest, owner, and the follow-up — created and verified while the advisor moves on.

How it works

Your agent. Built for a regulated firm.

01 · The agent

We embedded first. The brief was wrong.

Sun Global asked us to fix onboarding. Five hours on-site told us onboarding wasn't the bottleneck — front-office relationship capacity was. So we built where the value is created: a personal agent that turns a WhatsApp voice note into a structured CRM entry, filters out anything personal before it's stored, and returns a link to the exact record. The advisor talks; the system fills itself in.

02 · The data model

A CRM modelled to the regulation.

A regulated client isn't a row in a generic CRM. We migrated 700+ companies and modelled 200+ client accounts on a bespoke schema — built so compliance is a property of the record, not a separate spreadsheet.

Client Account object

80+ attributes — individual, joint, SPV, trust, regulated FI.

MiFID II categorisation

Retail / professional / eligible counterparty, on every account.

CRA risk rating

Low / medium / high — drives the review cadence automatically.

PEP / RCA + sanctions

Screening status and adverse-media flags held against the record.

Review-date automation

Next periodic review computed from line-of-business × risk.

7-year destruction timer

Counts down from account closure — retention, enforced.

Opportunity ↔ Deal model

Captures why a client says no — the refusal data the firm threw away.

03 · The compliance architecture

We ship inside compliance, not around it.

Sun Global stays the data controller; we're the processor. The agent runs on EU infrastructure, stores structured notes — not raw transcripts — and never sends anything client-facing without a human approving it. When a conversation touches a trade, it drafts the recorded-channel confirmation so the FCA paper trail stays intact.

Proof · we met the bank's security bar

During setup, Microsoft's conditional-access policy blocked the agent's login — the same week the firm hit a phishing attempt and a near-ransomware event. We didn't ask for an exemption. We re-built the integration on an MFA-backed OAuth authorization-code flow, so the agent cleared the firm's own security policy rather than going around it.

Your firm is different

What would your version look like?

Regulated, relationship-driven, and tired of systems no one uses? We embed with your team, find the real bottleneck, and build an agent that fits how you already work — inside your compliance, not around it.
